We collect only your email address when you join the waitlist.
Shinsei is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
3. Why We Collect It
Your email is used to inform you about Shinsei’s launch, features, and early access. We do not send unrelated promotions.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Emails are stored in a secure database hosted by DigitalOcean (Frankfurt, Germany). We do not share your data with third parties.
5. Data Retention
Your email will be retained until you unsubscribe or until early access notifications are complete. You may request deletion anytime.
6. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand general trends in how people find and use Shinsei. This tool is privacy-focused and does not use cookies, track personal data, or share information with third parties. All data is aggregated and anonymized.
7. Cookies
We may use minimal session cookies via Rails to enable core functionality. These cookies do not track or identify you across other sites.
8. Your Rights
You can request to view or delete your personal data by emailing tim@shinsei.app.
9. No Profiling or Sensitive Data
We do not collect or infer any sensitive personal traits. Archetypes and dualities are fictional and intended for self-reflection only.

12. Community Platform
If you join our Discord server, your activity there is governed by Discord’s own privacy policy and terms. We do not collect or access personal data shared on Discord.
